Description
Vex 7 is the seventh installment in the popular Vex series, a thrilling stickman platformer game known for its challenging levels, fast-paced parkour action, and deadly obstacles. With new mechanics, tools, and features like customizable skins and daily challenges, Vex 7 builds on the legacy of its predecessors while offering fresh content to keep players engaged.
The objective is simple yet demanding: reach the end of each level (called “Acts”) while avoiding death from various contraptions like spinning saws, shooting knives, and falling blocks. Along the way, you can collect coins and stars to unlock new skins and tackle bonus stages.
How to play
Controls
- Move: Use the arrow keys (left and right) or WASD to move your stickman.
- Jump: Press the up arrow key, W, or the spacebar to jump. Timing is critical!
- Slide/Crouch: Press the down arrow key or S to slide under obstacles or enter levels from the level map.
- Attack: In certain modes (like the Tower of Terror), press the spacebar or Z to attack enemies or break objects.
- Restart: Press R to restart a level if you get stuck or die.
- Pause: Press P to pause the game.
Gameplay Basics
- Objective: Your goal is to guide the stickman to the green exit portal at the end of each Act. Avoid traps like spikes, lasers, and falling blocks that can instantly kill you.
- Checkpoints: Levels include checkpoints (flags) where you’ll respawn if you die, so you don’t have to restart from the beginning every time.
- Stars and Coins: Collect stars (optional challenges) and coins scattered throughout the levels. Stars unlock hardcore versions of levels, while coins can be spent in the shop to buy skins.
- New Mechanics: Vex 7 introduces tools like parachutes, grappling hooks, TNT, and double-jump potions. Use these strategically to reach difficult areas or bypass obstacles.
- Example: The double-jump potion lets you leap higher, while the grappling hook helps you swing across gaps.
- Daily Tasks and Bonus Stages: Complete daily challenges or bonus levels to earn extra coins and rewards.
